*In the event that the sender' and/or receiver' operator and/or the country are not included in the contracted operators and/or countries of UPT A.S. for SMS delivery, and/or that the SMS, sent by UPT A.S., cannot be delivered to the receiver due to any technical reasons, then UPT A.S. does not warrant to deliver any reference number to the Receiver and/or Sender. In such cases, the Sender is required to forward the reference number, provided to him/her and available in the transaction receipt, to the Receiver.
