Aktif Banks Long Term National Note is A


JCR Eurasia Rating has upgraded Aktif Bank’s Long Term National Rating from “A- (Trk)” to “A(Trk)” along with a (Positive) outlook on the long term national scale, which denotes a high investment grade.


JCR Eurasia Rating has upgraded Aktif Bank’s Long Term National Rating from “A- (Trk)” to “A(Trk)” along with a (Positive) outlook on the long term national scale, which denotes a high investment grade.



JCR, taking into account the Bank’s partnership structure, existing ratios in the composition of the balance sheet, the facilitation of the rapid increase in exhibited profit of the creation of new resources and the ratio of non-performing loan to total loan at a below sector average,  has reaffirmed long term international foreign currency and local currency ratings as BB, Turkey’s sovereign rating ceiling.



Furthermore, the financial strength of the shareholders and their assurance to provide funds to the Bank when required as well as implementations regarding the Central Bank’s liquidity policies are the major factors that provide support for the Bank’s ‘Stand-Alone’ and ‘Sponsor Support’ ratings at a “Sufficient Level”.



In terms of its ability to fulfill the outstanding liabilities on its balance sheet, the Bank has been assessed with a ‘Stand Alone’ grade of B under JCR ER’s notation system.
