Debt Instruments

• Private Sector Debt Instruments refer to the instruments such as corporate bonds, bonds that can be converted into equities, convertible bonds, bonds, precious metal bonds and corporate notes payable which are deemed as debt instruments by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and which are issued by the companies by acting in the capacity of debtor. Such products issued include Bills & Bonds, Lease Certificates (Sukuk), Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and Asset Guaranteed Securities (AGS).
