Prof. Dr. Vedat Akgiray, Capital Markets Board Chairman, participated in the breakfast meeting as guest of honor, which held at Sait Halim Pasha Mansion.

In a short speech before breakfast made by Dr. Önder Halisdemir, Aktif Bank's General Manager, he expressed his thanks to the participants for the great interest in ABS products and their contribution to this initiative, and provide information to the participants about the process of issuance and new initiative of the Bank.

ABS of 187million TL, issued by Turkey's first Asset Finance Fund founded by Aktif Bank, Asset Backed at 187 million TL, had been sold in 2 hours without being on sale for 7 days, on the day it is issued as a result of intense interest. 

Graded with AAA, the highest credit rate that can be taken in Turkey, securization process, based on Aktif Bank ‘s individual credit portfolio, has the feature of being the first issuance based on credits, as well as being the first true Asset Backed Issuance carried out in Turkey.

Breakfast ended with the presentation of the thank you plaques to the Asset Backed Investors.
