UPT (Cheap Money Transfer) has become the cheapest and easiest way of money transfer in all around Turkey thanks to all Bank EFT transactions menu and more than 3.000 online offices of PTT thanks. UPT, which can be processed from 1,000 up to TL 7.5 to TL, can be used at a price of 4 times less than average EFT service fee at bank offices.



Dr. Önder Halisdemir, General Manager of Aktif Bank, said that Cheap money transfer (UPT), which has been used for about nine months, has reached the transaction number of 100.000. He went on to say: " 'transaction fee' our citizens paid so far has become an option rather than a necessity thanks to innovations such as UPT. We, as Aktif Bank, are showing our different with regard to this service by realizing what has not been done as yet.


Dr. Halisdemir, " thanks to UPS system we developed, we enabled that everyone, whether our customer or not, can make transactions easily and in a cheap way from loan payment to traffic fines payments, student tuition payments to tax payments, to even alimony payments. Today, we see that people, who discovered UPT, which has reached the prevalence number of 100,000, prefer it because of its easiness and prevalence.


What is UPT?

Cheap money transfer or UPT, in short, is a ind of cheap money transfer system that you can send money from to PTT and from PTT to banks and draw money from PTT and banks, which has been transferred to your bank account.

Why UPT?

UPT is much cheaper and more common than EFT of banks. UPT can be processed from all banks in Turkey and all the post offices in Turkey. It delivers instantly and cheaply the amount of money sent in cash to the desired or the recipient's bank account.

How to use?​

To send money from banks to PTT, you should select "Active Bank UPT Center-666" from the EFT of the bank where the account exists, and enter the number of amount of money you would like to send, and draw the money from any PTT office without the need of a bank account. Besides, you simply fill out the UPT form in a PTT office to send the money from PTT to the bank you would like to send money to.

What is the fee?

Money transfers from banks can be drawn by paying 5 TL up to the transaction amount of 750 TL. If you are an Aktif Bank customer, you do not pay any fee to Aktif Bank for UPT transactions you processed in Aktif Bank. Money transfers from PTT are charged at 7.5 TL up to the transaction amount of 1.000 TL.
