Aktif Bank performance evaluation process consists of three basic stages such as goal setting, monitoring - routing and the year-end evaluation. The company's "management by objectives" principle is supported.​

During the performance evaluation process, following the delivery of performance targets, routing interviews are made by the evaluator with the employees, the aspects that the employees are strong and the aspects that needs to be developed are reviewed by gathering at regular intervals throughout the year, personal development plans are created for long-term career goals and individual performance is evaluated in line with targets set at the beginning of the year.The data obtained from the performance evaluation results are used in our Training Activities, Career Management and Salary Management applications.​
