Our primary responsibility as Talent and Development is to create development opportunities that may increase our employee's achievements, to provide the implementation of training and development programs that they may need in the future through our view considering continuity of the training as an important medium on the way to be the best.
Our new employees to work in our bank attend orientation program as of the first date of their employment. Additionally, their technical knowledge, skills and personal development in line with career stages are supported by providing their participation to training programs.
