Galip Tözge, born in 1967, graduated from the Department of Economics (English) at Marmara University. He completed his master’s degrees in Business Administration at the University of Missouri in 1992 and in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2018.

 

With 33 years of experience in the banking sector, Tözge joined Aktif Bank as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2015. Following this role, he held various senior executive positions within Çalık Holding.
Since 2017, he has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Banka Kombëtare Tregtare (BKT) Albania, and since 2018 at Banka Kombëtare Tregtare (BKT) Kosovo. Additionally, as of April 2022, he has been a Member of the Audit Committee at Aktif Bank.

Having previously served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Aktif Bank between 2022 and 2026, Tözge was appointed as the Chairman in March 2026.
