Credit Suisse AG, London Branch (“Credit Suisse”) has arranged a 4-year USD 100 million (TRY equivalent) loan facility for Aktif Bank. Proceeds from the loan will be used towards financing consumer loans. Aktif Bank Chief Executive Officer and Member of The Board of Directors, Dr. Önder Halisdemir said; “Aktif Bank has been able to attract international lenders such as Credit Suisse on the back of its profitability and sustainable growth profile as well its commitment to high standards of corporate governance and transparency.”

Aktif Bank, the largest investment bank in Tuırkey, has cemented its ability  to raise financing from international financial institutions. Credit Suisse AG, London Branch, has arranged a 4-year loan facility for Aktif Bank. The funds in Turkish equivalent of USD 100 million were transferred on June 16th.
